The Chromium Controller from 10X Genomics is designed to automate parallel sample partitioning and
molecular barcoding at the single cell level. It uses advanced microfluidics to perform single cell partitioning and
barcoding in a matter of minutes. Powered by Next GEM technology,
the Chromium Controller enables integrated analysis of single cells at massive scale.
The controller allows for single cell analysis of Copy Number Variation, gene expression, immune profiling.

1. 本儀器為配合微流道與帶有專利多核甘酸(barcode)之膠體珠以乳化方式分離進行單一細胞標記之自動化系統。
2. 具高通量分析，每次操作最多可處理80,000個細胞。每次執行最多可同時上樣8個檢體
3. 高回收率：細胞回收率最低可達65%(含)以上
4. 高效率：上機後，每次執行可於20分鐘內完成單細胞分離標記。
5. 多應用性：
5-1 可搭配不同試劑進行不同應用，需包含單細胞全轉錄組、免疫圖譜、表觀遺傳調控分析(ATAC)、單細胞染色體套數變異分析(CNV)。
5-2 可配合特定抗體同時進行細胞表面抗原標定分析。
6. 至少具有70萬個以上的獨特標記片段(barcode)進行細胞標記。
7. 需具有UMI(Unique molecular identifiers)提升分析準確度。
8. 可提供分析系統分析單細胞的高通量基因表達數據，能進行視覺化的分析與比較深入探討細胞分群資訊。
