儀器簡介 / Instrument Introduction

  • 本系統為 Zeiss AxioPlan 2 正立式螢光顯微鏡，具備多組螢光濾片組與高靈敏度相機，可進行高品質的玻片樣品螢光觀察與可見光影像拍攝。其光學系統穩定且影像解析度高，適用於組織切片、固定細胞及螢光染色樣品觀察。搭配單色與彩色相機，可滿足不同研究需求，包含定性影像判讀與定量分析拍攝。

  • The Zeiss AxioPlan 2 Upright Fluorescent Microscope is equipped with multiple fluorescence filter sets and high-sensitivity cameras, enabling high-quality imaging of fluorescent and bright-field specimens on glass slides. Its stable optical system provides high-resolution images suitable for tissue sections, fixed cells, and fluorescently labeled samples. With both monochrome and color cameras, it supports qualitative observation and quantitative image capture for various research applications.

申請流程 & 注意事項 / Application & Notes

  • 使用本儀器需經中心技術員教學並確認操作無誤，方可自行上機。 / Users must receive training from the center technician and be verified as competent before operating the instrument independently.

  • 儀器採線上預約制，預約時間以一小時為單位，請於使用前一天完成登記。 / Instrument reservations are made online in one-hour sessions. Please complete booking at least one day before use.

  • 如需取消預約，則於使用儀器前1天致電中心，請技術人員取消預約。 / To cancel a reservation, please contact the center technician by phone at least one day before the scheduled session.

注意事項 / Notes

    • 須詳讀本儀器使用規則，且僅限經操作管理人員訓練並確認操作無誤之校院內研究人員使用。 / Users must thoroughly read the instrument operating guidelines and are limited to trained university or institutional researchers who have been certified by the instrument manager as competent to operate the equipment..

    • 本中心技術人員僅提供儀器硬體操作與使用相關之協助。
      Technical staff of the Core Facility provide assistance only for instrument operation and maintenance.
