    The BD FACSLyric is a high-performance, highly sensitive flow cytometer with a stable fluidics system and sensitive fluorescence detectors, combined with intuitive software for efficient and user-friendly analysis.
  • 雷射與螢光 / Lasers & Fluorescence
    藍光、紅光與紫光雷射，最多可同時激發12個螢光通道。軟體內建螢光補償，可依電壓即時修正補償值。 / Up to 3 lasers—blue, red, and violet—with 12 fluorescence channels. Built-in software automatically adjusts compensation values in real time.

申請流程 & 注意事項 / Application & Notes

    1. 資料準備 / Reference Materials
      使用者可先至研究資源組官網下載多色流式細胞分析儀螢光配色參考表，作為實驗設計參考。 / Users can download the multicolor flow cytometry fluorescence panel reference from the Research Resources Office website for experimental planning.

    2. 自行上機 / Self-Operation
      第一次使用前需參加半年一次的教育訓練，通過認證後可向技術員申請帳號，並透過官網預約儀器使用時段。 / First-time users must attend the biannual training session. After certification, request an account from the technician and book instrument time via the website.

    3. 委託上機 / Operator-Assisted Use
      如需技術員協助操作，請於使用前一週預約上機時間，並討論檢體製備事宜（需實驗人員陪同）。 / For technician-assisted operation, schedule a session one week in advance and discuss sample preparation (experimental personnel must accompany).

    4. 繳費 / Payment
      技術員每月依使用時數開立繳費單，使用者依金額完成繳費。 / Technicians will issue monthly invoices based on usage; users should pay according to the invoice.

注意事項 / Notes

    • 儀器配備 3 根雷射（405、488、640 nm），共可偵測 12 種螢光。請依官網螢光配色表選擇合適組合。 / The instrument has 3 lasers (405, 488, 640 nm) and can detect 12 fluorescence channels. Select appropriate combinations using the website reference.

    • 禁用隨身碟，請自備空白光碟燒錄資料。電腦硬碟空間有限，資料可能不定期刪除，本中心不負資料保管責任。 / USB drives are prohibited; use blank CDs for data storage. Hard drive space is limited, and files may be deleted periodically. The center is not responsible for data storage.

    • 請準時上機，若遲到超過 30 分鐘或未到，視同放棄該時段。 / Be punctual; a delay of over 30 minutes or absence is considered forfeiture of the reserved slot.

    • 若預約後不使用，請於使用前一天取消；若兩次未取消，將停權預約一個月。 / Cancel at least one day before if unable to use; two missed cancellations result in a one-month suspension of booking rights.

    • 儀器異常請立即停止使用並通知技術員。因操作不當造成儀器損壞，維修費用由使用者及所屬實驗室承擔。 / Stop using the instrument immediately and contact the technician if abnormalities occur. Users and their labs are responsible for repair costs if damage is caused by misuse.
