  • BOND-MAX 為全自動免疫組織化學染色系統，可同時處理多達30張切片，提供標準化、高再現性的免疫染色流程。系統採用封閉式反應設計，能自動完成去蠟、抗原修復、染色及封片等步驟，大幅減少人為誤差與操作時間，確保染色品質穩定。此系統可支援免疫組織化學(IHC)、免疫螢光(IF)與原位雜交(CISH)等應用，適用於臨床與研究樣本之高品質定性與定量分析。

    The BOND-MAX Fully Automated IHC Stainer is an advanced immunohistochemistry system capable of processing up to 30 slides simultaneously. It provides a fully automated workflow including deparaffinization, antigen retrieval, staining, and coverslipping within a closed system to ensure consistency and reproducibility. Designed for both clinical and research use, BOND-MAX supports IHC, immunofluorescence (IF), and chromogenic in situ hybridization (CISH) applications, ensuring reliable and standardized results with minimal manual intervention.

  • 為服務研究同仁，本單位提供免疫染色代檢服務項目，協助研究者進行高品質的組織免疫分析與實驗支持。/ To support research colleagues, our facility provides immunostaining analysis services, offering high-quality tissue immunoassays and experimental assistance for research projects.

申請流程 & 注意事項 / Application & Notes

  • 填寫申請表 / Application Form

  • 確認與開單 / Confirmation & Payment Notice

    • 確認申請內容無誤後，依收費標準開立「醫研部委託研究繳費單」，申請者可選擇自行繳費或院內計畫轉帳。 / After verifying the form, a payment slip will be issued according to the fee schedule. Applicants may pay directly or through internal project transfer.

  • 繳費方式 / Payment Methods

    • 自行繳費者： 請至高醫附設醫院啟川大樓 6 樓出納組櫃檯繳費。/Direct payment: Pay at the Cashier Office, 6F, Chi-Chuan Building, KMUH.

    • 院內轉帳者： 請至高醫附設醫院啟川大樓 6 樓財務室辦理。/Internal transfer: Complete payment at the Finance Office, 6F, Chi-Chuan Building, KMUH.

  • 提交文件 / Submit Proof of Payment

    • 繳費後請將「醫研部委託研究繳費單存根聯（白單）」交回本單位。/After payment, please return the white copy of the payment receipt to the core facility office.

  • 送件材料 / Submit Proof of Payment

    • 請備妥以下資料並送至國研大樓 11 樓 11002 室：/ Please prepare and deliver the following items to Room 11002, 11F, National Research Building:
      ① 委託抗體及相關資訊（非自備抗體者免附）/ Antibody information (not required if using in-house antibodies)
      ② 切片（coating slides）/ Coated slides
      ③ 存根聯（白單）/ White payment slip copy

  • 抗體諮詢 / Antibody Inquiry

    • 抗體清單可參考附件 Antibody List，若欲委託之抗體未列出，請先來電洽詢。/  Please refer to the attached Antibody List. For antibodies not listed, please contact the facility staff for further confirmation.

注意事項 / Notes

  • 自行繳費：Direct Payment: 由醫研部開立「委託醫研部研究繳費單」後，委託者須攜單至啟川大樓六樓出納組繳費。 / After the Department of Medical Research issues the payment form, the applicant should make the payment at the Cashier Office (6th Floor, Chi-Chuan Building).
  • 院內外研究計畫轉帳：Internal/External Project Transfer: 由醫研部開立「委託醫研部研究繳費單」（收款代號：1171），並由財務室進行轉帳作業。 / The Department of Medical Research will issue the payment form (collection code: 1171), and the Finance Office will process the inter-account transfer.
  • 為確保您的實驗成功，請務必遵守規範並提前規劃！ / To ensure the success of your experiment, please strictly follow the regulations and plan ahead!
  •  若有疑問，歡迎隨時與管理單位聯繫。 / If you have any questions, feel free to contact the laboratory management at any time.
  • 一經收費後即無法退費，請謹慎評估時間，避免遲到。 / All fees are non-refundable. Please plan your time carefully to avoid delays.

  • IHC_廠商抗體 / IHC with supplier-provided antibody

    • 院內使用者 | Internal Users：NT$ 420 / 片

    • 院外使用者 | External Users：NT$ 800 / 片

  • IHC_自備抗體測試 (每支抗體) / IHC antibody testing (per antibody)

    • 院內使用者 | Internal Users：NT$ 1200 / 片

    • 院外使用者 | External Users：NT$ 1800 / 片

  • 免疫螢光染色 (不含一抗及二抗) / Immunofluorescence (excluding primary & secondary antibodies)

    • 院內使用者 | Internal Users：NT$ 420 / 片

  • CISH 原位雜交染色 (EBER、Kappa、Lambda) / CISH in situ hybridization
