Introduction:
Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization (MALDI) time-of-flight (TOF) mass spectrometry is used for analysis of large biomolecules (such as proteins, polymers, sugar, etc.) to identify and characterize the structures. It is worked either linear or reflectron configuration with both positive and negative modes.
