Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS)：
Thremo DSQII detector is a single quadrupole mass analyzer that can determine mass-to-charge ratio (m/z)for low- resolution and low mass analysis. The mass-to-charge ratio (m/z) of DSQII mass detector
can be up to 1,000 Da. There are autosampler AS3000 used for injection, and TRACEGC
(with DB-5MS capillary column) used for separation.
DSQII mass detector can record positive ions produced by electron impact ionization (EI) mode.
It is not suitable for GC-MS analysis, such as samples with boiling point beyond 300℃, or water basis solution.
GC-MS 定性鑑別：
沸點300℃以下小分子有機藥物、天然物低解析質譜定性鑑別，屬於送測高解析質譜前必備的初步鑑別。
