儀器功能 / Instrument Functions

  • X射線晶體學是一種利用X射線研究分子結構的技術。透過單晶XRD數據，可以觀察精確的原子位置，進而確定鍵長與鍵角。本儀器可量測單晶繞射數據，用以分析晶體結構，包括晶體內部分子結構與原子排列。X-ray crystallography is a technique that uses X-rays to study molecular structure. Using single-crystal XRD data, one can observe precise atomic positions to determine bond lengths and angles. This instrument measures diffraction data of single crystals to analyze the crystal structure, including internal molecular structure and atomic arrangement.

  • 鑑定各種分子（藥物、材料、礦物等）在結晶樣品中的形狀與結構。
    Identify the shape and structure of various molecules (drugs, materials, minerals, etc.) in crystalline samples.

  • 精確的原子間距及其他結構參數皆可鑑定。
    Precise interatomic distances and other structural parameters can be determined.

  • 結果通常以三維分子圖像表示。
    Results are usually presented as three-dimensional molecular images.

  • 適用於化學、材料、醫藥等領域。
    Applicable to chemistry, materials, pharmaceutical and related fields.

申請流程 & 注意事項 / Application & Notes

  1. 本儀器不提供自行操作，請至研究資源整合發展中心網站下載申請表並預約。
    This instrument is not for self-operation; download the application form from the Corelab site and make a reservation.
  2. 將晶體置於 vial 中，空氣敏感樣品需加少量礦物油。
    Place crystals in vials; add mineral oil for air-sensitive samples.
  3. 申請表須填寫樣品編號、分子式、溶劑、預測結構式與測定項目。
    The form must include sample ID, molecular formula, solvent, predicted structure, and measurement items.
  4. 一般樣品隨表送達；特殊樣品需先與技術人員聯絡。
    Ordinary samples can be submitted with the form; special samples require prior contact with the technician.
  5. 測量完成後，資料將於 30 天內以電子郵件寄出。
    Results will be sent via e-mail within 30 days.
  6. 使用者須依測定時間與結果繳費，並完成簽收後才能再預約。
    Fees are billed based on measurement time/results; payment and receipt are required before the next reservation.
  7. 毒性或危險樣品必須註明，技術人員有權拒測。
    Toxic or hazardous samples must be declared; technicians may refuse measurement.

注意事項 / Notes

  • 遲交樣品須重新預約，不得順延。
    Late samples require rebooking; no postponement allowed.
  • 特殊樣品（如空敏、水敏）務必事先聯絡技術人員。
    For special samples (air/moisture-sensitive), contact the technician in advance.
  • 延誤或異常情況可能影響排程。
    Delays or irregularities may affect scheduling.

4小時內計費 1,000 元；4~8 小時 1,500 元；8~16 小時 2,000 元 

16~24 小時 2,500 元；24 小時以上 3,000 元

無國科會計畫 / without NSTC Users: 6000 元
