單分子晶體繞射儀 (Single-crystal X-Ray diffractometer)
X射線晶體學是一種利用 X射線來研究分子結構的技術。
利用單晶 XRD 資料, 可以觀察到精確的原子位置,從而確定鍵的長度和角度。
本儀器可以測量單晶繞射數據,用以分析晶體結構,包含晶體內部分子結構和原子排列等。
儀器功能:
鑑定各種分子(藥物、材料、礦物等)在結晶樣品中的形狀與結構,
精確的原子間距及其他結構參數均可以鑑定出來,通常結果以三度空間的分子圖像表示出來,
是化學、材料、醫藥等各方面均須使用之儀器。
X-ray crystallography is a technique that uses X-rays to study molecular structure.
Using single crystal XRD data, you can observe the precise atomic positions to determine the length and angle of the bond. This instrument can measure the diffraction data of single crystals to analyze the crystal structure, including the internal molecular structure and atomic arrangement of the crystal.
Function:
Identify the shape and structure of various molecules (drugs, materials, minerals, etc.) in crystalline samples. The precise distance between atoms and other structural parameters can be identified. Usually the result is expressed in a three-dimensional molecular image. It is an instrument that must be used in all aspects of chemistry, materials, and medicine.
