申請流程 & 注意事項 / Application & Notes

一、預約與操作資格 | Reservation and Operation Eligibility

  • 本儀器開放校內使用者自行操作，請透過研究資源整合中心網站之「預約儀器使用」系統進行預約。 / Users may operate the instrument independently after completing online reservations via the Research Resource Integration Center website.

  • 使用者必須先通過儀器教育訓練課程後，方可進行預約與操作。 / Only users who have completed the official instrument training course are eligible to reserve and operate the system.

二、使用與清潔規範 | Operation and Clean-Up Rules

  • 使用者需自行購買相關試片與耗材，並依原廠建議方式操作。 / Users are required to purchase their own slides and reagents, and follow the manufacturer’s recommended procedures.

  • 使用完畢後，請將設備及工作環境恢復原狀，並記錄所有使用相關事項。 / After use, restore all instrument settings and workspace to their original condition, and record relevant usage details.

  • 實驗所使用之物品及產生之廢棄物，請自行清理並妥善處理，禁止遺留於工作檯面或實驗室垃圾桶內。 / All experimental materials and waste must be properly cleaned and disposed of by the user. Do not leave any waste on benches or in laboratory bins.

  • 若違反上述規定，將通知所屬實驗室負責人並停權兩個月。 / Users who fail to comply will have their access suspended for two months, and their supervisor will be notified.

  • 使用完畢後請確實完成使用紀錄與登記。 / Ensure that all usage records are properly logged after operation.

  • 若於使用前發現儀器異常、探頭損壞或污染情形，請立即通知儀器中心人員，並於使用登記本上記錄。 / If any malfunction, damage, or contamination is observed prior to operation, immediately inform the instrument center staff and document it in the usage logbook to clarify responsibility.

三、繳費方式 | Payment Procedure

  • 使用費依實際使用時數及項目計算，操作管理人員將開立繳費單。 / The usage fee will be calculated based on operation time and test items. A payment slip will be issued by the instrument manager.

  • 請使用者持繳費單至本校出納組繳費，並將繳費收據繳回儀器管理人員備查。 / Users must pay the fee at the university Cashier Office, then return the receipt to the instrument administrator for verification.
