儀器簡介 / Instrument Introduction

• ZetaView 可快速量測奈米粒子的多項物理參數，包括顆粒大小、濃度、表面電荷及表型特性。透過高解析 CMOS 攝影機記錄布朗運動 (Brownian motion) 與微電泳 (Micro-electrophoresis)，計算顆粒的水動力直徑與 Zeta Potential。

• The ZetaView rapidly measures multiple physical parameters of nanoparticles, such as size, concentration, surface charge, and phenotype characteristics. High-resolution CMOS cameras track the Brownian motion and micro-electrophoresis of nanoparticles to determine their hydrodynamic diameter and zeta potential.

• 奈米粒子大小、濃度、螢光及表面電荷分析 / Size, concentration, fluorescence, and surface charge measurement of nanoparticles

• 可分析奈米粒子種類：生物奈米粒子 (Bionanoparticles, F-labeled bioNP)、脂質體與微胞 (Liposomes + Micelles)、藥物載體 (Drug delivery systems)、蛋白聚集 (Protein agglomeration)、類病毒顆粒 (Virus-like particles, VLP)、病毒樣本與病毒滴度 (Virus samples / Viral titer)、細胞外囊泡 (Extracellular vesicles, EV)、乳劑 (Emulsions)、聚合物、奈米金屬、奈米氣泡 (Polymers, Nanometals, Nanobubbles)、不規則顆粒、量子點 (Irregular particles, Quantum dots)

• 溫控範圍：室溫以下 5℃~45℃ / Temperature control: 5°C below room temperature to 45°C

• 去光漂功能，避免螢光衰減 / Anti-bleaching function to prevent fluorescence fading
