Introduction：
The rapid in vitro measurement of multiple physical parameters such as size, concentration, surface charge, and phenotype characteristics is the special feature of the Particle Metrix ZetaView®.
Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA) captures the Brownian motion of each particle in the video. Based on the different diffusion movements of large and small particles in the surrounding liquid, the hydrodynamic diameter of the particles is determined. Furthermore, the charge state of the particle surface (zeta potential) can be measured via the movement of the particles in an applied electric field.
Function (application)：
1. For the analysis of size, concentration, fluorescence, electrophoretic mobility and sub-populations of individual nanoparticles.

ZetaView 為 Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA) 機器，
透過高解析的 CMOS 攝影機記錄奈米顆粒移動的速度、路徑，
利用軟體分析其布朗運動 (Brownian motion) 和微電泳實驗 (Micro-electrophoresis)，
可得顆粒大小、顆粒濃度、Zeta Potential 等資訊。
儀器規格：
1. 10X顯微鏡系統，具自動對焦功能。
2. CMOS照相系統，快速獲取信號。
3. 電射光源：藍光電射(488nm)整合模組。
4. 雙軌滑入式一體成形樣品槽裝置。
5. 單機可獲得4種奈米粒子結果，(a)表面膜電位、(b)大小、(c)濃度、(d)螢光訊號。
6. 溫控範圍：低於室溫5℃~45℃。
7. 具去光漂效應功能，避免螢光訊號在強光照射下減弱。
