The Optima™ XPN is a premier preparative ultracentrifuge with a 15-inch touchscreen, selectable Chinese/English interface, eXpert centrifuge software, and remote monitoring. The precisely designed drive and cooling system make it the quietest preparative ultracentrifuge.

申請流程 & 注意事項 / Application & Notes

使用規則：＊僅限本單位轉子，非感染性檢體＊
Rules: Only unit-provided rotors; non-infectious samples only.

  1. 完成操作訓練並由管理員確認後，方可自行操作。
    Complete training and obtain technician approval before self-operation.

  2. 網路預約，每次最少1小時；全天使用隔日不可預約。
    Reserve online, minimum 1-hour per session; full-day use blocks next-day booking.

  3. 未按時使用仍需付費，超過15分鐘視為放棄，時段可轉給他人。
    No-show still charged; >15 min late = forfeited slot, may be reassigned.

  4. 操作時遵守SOP，禁止戴手套觸控螢幕。
    Follow SOP; do not wear gloves on touchscreen.

  5. 轉子存於4°C，需其他溫度請提前3小時準備，納入預約時間。
    Rotors stored at 4°C; other temps require 3h prep included in booking.

  6. 使用相容離心管，平衡誤差 ≤0.01g。
    Use compatible tubes; balance within 0.01 g.

  7. 使用前後確認轉子與儀器無損並清潔，overnight使用需隔日確認。
    Check rotor/instrument before and after use; clean thoroughly; overnight users confirm next day.

  8. 真空壓力 <20μm且達設定轉速後方可離開。
    Do not leave until vacuum <20 μm and set speed reached.

  9. 儀器故障立即通知管理員，勿自行拆裝或調整。
    Report malfunctions immediately; do not disassemble or adjust.

  10. 操作不當造成損壞，維修費由使用者實驗室負責。
    Damage from improper use is charged to user’s lab.
