Multi-Parametric Flow Cytometer (LSR II)
Characteristic and application
1.The BD LSR II contains four fixed alignment lasers and the ability to detect up to 13 colors at the same time.
2. Special fluorescent proteins detection.
3. Multi-parameter immune cell functions.
The relative abundance of partially exhausted tumor-infiltrating CD8+ T cells predicts response to anti–PD-1 therapy.
