結構解析 / Structural Analysis

• 用於天然物、藥物、有機化合物、無機錯合物、生醫材料、高分子單體、生物分子等結構解析。
• Used for structural elucidation of natural products, drugs, organic compounds, inorganic complexes, biomaterials, polymer monomers, and biomolecules.

一維光譜 / 1D Spectra

• 化學位移，耦合常數，去耦合實驗等。如：1H、13C、DEPT等。

• Chemical shifts, coupling constants, decoupling experiments, etc. For example: ¹H, ¹³C, DEPT, etc.

二維/三維光譜 / 2D/3D Spectra

• 同核與同核，或同核與異核相關光譜。如：gCOSY、NOESY、TOCSY、ROESY、HETCOR、LR- HETCOR、gHSQC、gHMBC等。
• Homonuclear and heteronuclear correlation spectra, such as gCOSY, NOESY, TOCSY, ROESY, HETCOR, LR-HETCOR, gHSQC, gHMBC, etc.

變溫實驗 / Variable Temperature Experiments

• 室溫至 80°C，僅需器設定即可，但需通入氮氣，以防H2O產生，氮氣由送測者提供。15°C以下，除需通入氮氣外，亦需加液態氮降溫。
• Room temperature to 80°C: only instrument settings are required, but nitrogen gas must be supplied to prevent H₂O formation. Nitrogen is provided by the sample submitter.
  Below 15°C: in addition to supplying nitrogen gas, liquid nitrogen cooling is also required.
