結構解析 / Structural Analysis

  • 用於天然物、藥物、有機化合物等結構解析。
  • Used for structural elucidation of natural products, drugs, organic compounds.

一維光譜 / 1D Spectra

  • 化學位移，耦合常數，去耦合實驗等。如：1H、13C、DEPT等。

  • Chemical shifts, coupling constants, decoupling experiments, etc. For example: ¹H, ¹³C, DEPT, etc.

二維/三維光譜 / 2D/3D Spectra

  • 同核與同核，或同核與異核相關光譜。如：gCOSY、NOESY、TOCSY、ROESY、HETCOR、LR- HETCOR、gHSQC、gHMBC等。
  • Homonuclear and heteronuclear correlation spectra, such as gCOSY, NOESY, TOCSY, ROESY, HETCOR, LR-HETCOR, gHSQC, gHMBC, etc.

變溫實驗 / Variable Temperature Experiments

  • -80oC至130oC均可，但低溫需加液態氮降溫。
  • The temperature range is from -80°C to 130°C, but liquid nitrogen is required for cooling at low temperatures.

申請流程 & 注意事項 / Application & Notes

  1. 請至國科會基礎研究核心設施預約服務管理系統預約儀器 / Reserve via NSTC Core Facilities System
  2. 填寫申請表並註明樣品數量、濃度、分子量、測定項目 / Fill in sample quantity, concentration, molecular weight, measurement items
  3. 將樣品配製於 D-solvent 5mm NMR 管中，高度約 4~5 公分 / Prepare sample in 5mm NMR tube
  4. 於通知送測後將樣品於預約時間前送達 / Deliver sample before reserved time
  5. 外校使用者測完後依實際測定時間開繳費單 / External users pay after measurement
  6. 校內月結者測完後簽名，月初統計收費 / Internal users sign and settle monthly

注意事項 / Notes

  • 使用者與預約者須同一人 / User and reserver must be the same person
  • 預約限一個月內，每月 3 次日間 + 1 次 overnight；完成一次才能再預約，最短 30 分鐘 / Max 3 daytime + 1 overnight per month; complete one before next; min 30 min
  • 日間最長 2 小時；overnight 20:00–08:00，不超過 12 小時 / Daytime max 2 hrs; overnight 20:00–08:00 (max 12 hrs)
  • 遲到超過 5 分鐘喪失使用權，但仍計費 / >5 min late forfeits session but still charged
  • 無法前來或需更改，請務必取消預約 / Cancel in system if unable to attend or reschedule
  • 自行操作需認證，合格人員可操作，一般本科生不可 / Self-operation requires certification; certified users only; regular undergraduates prohibited
  • 400 NMR 依科技部管理原則操作 / 400 NMR operated under Ministry guidelines
