儀器簡介 / Instrument Introduction

  • 將待測物（通常為蛋白質或胜肽）與介質混合，介質吸收雷射光後將一個或多個質子轉移給待測物，使其離子化，進入 TOF Mass Analyzer 分析。
    The sample (typically proteins or peptides) is mixed with a matrix. The matrix absorbs laser energy and transfers one or more protons to the analyte, ionizing it for analysis by the TOF mass analyzer.

申請流程 & 注意事項 / Application & Notes

  1. 聯繫管理師資 / Contact Instructor

    • 請先聯繫管理師資 呂濟宇副教授 (2137#499)，討論樣品屬性及約定教學時段。
      Contact the supervising instructor, Prof. Chi-Yu Lu (2137#499), to discuss sample properties and schedule training sessions

  2. 教學與認證 / Training & Certification

    • 經管理師資教學與認證後，方可自行操作儀器。
      After receiving training and certification from the instructor, users may operate the instrument independently.

  3. 繳費與測定 / Payment & Measurement

    • 每次測定樣品前，請填妥繳費單，經繳費後方可進入質譜儀室使用。
      Complete the payment slip before each sample measurement; access to the mass spectrometer room is allowed only after payment.

  4. 使用後檢核 / Post-Use Check

    • 使用完畢後，請務必檢核雷射托盤是否歸位。
      After use, ensure the laser target plate is properly returned.

注意事項 / Notes

  • 送測樣品不可含任何形式之鹽類（緩衝液需自行移除）。
    Samples must not contain any form of salts (buffers should be removed by the user).

  • 本中心僅提供 α-Cyano-4-Hydroxycinnamic Acid (CHCA) 及 Sinapinic Acid (SA) 兩種基質，其餘基質需自行準備。
    The center provides only CHCA and Sinapinic Acid (SA) matrices; users must supply any other matrices themselves.

自行測定：雷射托盤計收，不計點數100元／盤。每月不計使用量，為500元／月。

委託測樣：雷射托盤計收，150元／點。

校外使用者 / External Users:

委託測樣：雷射托盤計收，1500元／點。

育成中心進駐廠商 / Incubation Center Tenant:

委託測樣：雷射托盤計收，不計點數400元／盤。每月不計使用量，為2,000元／月。
