儀器簡介 / Introduction
- 蛋白質體核心實驗室提供常規服務，包括二維電泳、影像數據分析、凝膠內消化、螢光掃描及蛋白質體技術訓練課程；同時提供基本設備給研究人員使用。
The Proteomics Core Laboratory provides routine services including two-dimensional gel electrophoresis, image data analysis, in-gel digestion, fluorescence scanning, and training courses in proteomic techniques. Basic equipment is also available for researchers.
委託操作 / Service by Request
本實驗室主要提供樣品前處理或委託操作：
The lab mainly accepts samples for preprocessing or service operations:
- 蛋白質酶解、取點、一維電泳操作。
Protein digestion, spot picking, 1-D electrophoresis. - 二維電泳操作及染色、定量蛋白質前處理。
2-D electrophoresis, staining, and quantitative protein preprocessing. - 客製化實驗委託討論。

- 本實驗室負責公用儀器借用及管理，包括：
The lab manages and loans shared instruments including:高壓滅菌釜 / Autoclave、高速離心機 / High-speed centrifuge、均質機 / Homogenizer、分光光度計 / Spectrophotometer、化學排煙櫃 / Fume hood、純水製造系統 / Purified water system、製冰機 / Ice maker、試管震盪槽 / Tube shaker、冷凍乾燥離心機 / Freeze-dryer centrifuge、酸鹼度計 / pH meter

申請流程 & 注意事項 / Application & Notes
- 本實驗室接受蛋白質酶解委託、二維電泳操作及染色、及定量蛋白體樣品前處理。
The lab accepts outsourced protein digestion, 2-D electrophoresis operations and staining, and quantitative proteomics sample preparation. - 請先下載「申請表」，填寫樣品特性，再與管理人員溝通送樣。
Download the application form, provide sample details, and coordinate sample submission with the lab staff. - 與操作技術人員討論確認後，下載「繳費單」，至校內出納組繳費，持單送樣至實驗室。
After discussion with the technician, download the billing slip, pay at the campus cashier, and submit the sample with the receipt. - 若需特殊染劑或程序，請先與技術人員討論，再自行購置提供操作人員。
For special dyes or procedures, consult with the technician first, then provide necessary materials for the experiment. - 後續若進行質譜分析或蛋白質體鑑定，可與本中心人員討論樣品處理、分離管柱及質譜條件。
For subsequent mass spectrometry or proteomics analysis, discuss sample processing, separation columns, and MS conditions with the staff.
注意事項 / Notes
- 本中心不接受毒性、放射性及違法樣品。
The lab does not accept toxic, radioactive, or illegal samples.
使用收費標準 / Fees
校內使用者 / Internal Users:
依照不同之樣品與前處理程序，進行收費，細節請下載「繳費單」，詳閱內容。
校外使用者 / External Users:
依校內收費標準，採1.5倍計收。
育成中心進駐廠商 / Incubation Center Tenant:
依校內收費標準，採1.2倍計收。
