儀器簡介 / Instrument Introduction

• Leica M205FA 為全電動化的螢光實體顯微鏡系統，具備高解析度與廣範圍放大倍率，能在不破壞樣品結構的情況下觀察大型樣本。其整合多波段螢光濾鏡、高靈敏度影像擷取器與電控式載物台，可進行多色螢光觀察、時間序列影像拍攝與定量分析，非常適合用於胚胎發育、植物組織、螢光標記模式生物及小型動物體內觀察研究。

• The Leica M205FA is a fully motorized fluorescence stereo microscope system offering high resolution and a wide zoom range for detailed imaging of large specimens without structural disruption. Equipped with multiple fluorescence filter sets, a high-sensitivity camera, and a motorized stage, it enables multi-color fluorescence observation, time-lapse imaging, and quantitative intensity analysis. The system is ideal for studying embryonic development, plant tissues, fluorescently labeled model organisms, and in vivo imaging of small animals.
