  • 流式細胞術（Flow Cytometry）是學術與臨床上不可或缺的技術。FACSMelody 細胞分選儀可簡化操作流程，提高工作效率，並提供自動分選能力，減少人工操作時間。。
    Suspended cells are labeled with fluorescent antibodies and analyzed using a flow cytometer with laser excitation to identify cell types and characteristics.The BD FACSMelody cell sorter streamlines workflow, minimizes hands-on time, and enables walk-away sorting.

  • 細胞純化 / Cell Purification
    純化目標細胞族群進行後續培養、定序等研究，最多可同時分選四種細胞族群。 / Purify target cell populations for downstream culture, sequencing, or other studies; can sort up to 4 populations simultaneously.

  • 單細胞分析 / Single-Cell Analysis
    可將單顆細胞收集在 96 孔盤中進行單細胞 RNA 提取與定序。透過索引分選，可將基因表達與單細胞蛋白質表達關聯。 / Collect single cells into 96-well plates for single-cell RNA extraction and sequencing; index sorting links gene and protein expression.

  • 外泌體分析 / Extracellular Vesicle Analysis
    搭配外泌體捕獲套組，可輕鬆分離外泌體進行研究。 / Facilitates extracellular vesicle isolation using capture kits.

申請流程 & 注意事項 / Application & Notes

    1. 下載螢光配色參考表作為設計依據。 / Download the fluorescence panel reference sheet for experiment design.

    2. 自行上機 / Independent Use
      每半年舉辦一次教育訓練課程，通過後取得認證，再向技術員申請帳號，即可上網預約儀器。
      Attend the semi-annual training course; after certification, request an account from the technician to book instrument online.

    3. 委託上機 / Assisted Use
      需提前一週與技術員預約上機時間（實驗人員陪同），並討論檢體製備。
      Schedule assisted use at least one week in advance with a technician and discuss sample preparation.

    4. 每月依實際使用時數開立繳費單，使用者依單據繳納。
      Monthly billing is based on actual usage; pay according to the invoice.

注意事項 / Notes

    • 本機含 3 根雷射（405/488/640 nm），可激發 9 種螢光，請依網站參考表挑選螢光組合；檢體製備請參照注意事項。
      The instrument has 3 lasers (405/488/640 nm) and 9 fluorescence channels; select appropriate combinations per the reference sheet. Follow sample preparation guidelines.

    • 自行上機者需自行準備流式細胞校正磁珠（BD FACS Accudrop Beads, BD#661612），或洽中心提供（耗材費另計）。
      Independent users must provide calibration beads (BD FACS Accudrop Beads, BD#661612) or request from the center (additional cost).

    • 禁用隨身碟，請使用空白光碟燒錄資料。電腦硬碟空間有限，資料將不定期刪除，中心不負保管責任。
      USB drives are prohibited; use blank CDs to save data. Center is not responsible for stored data.

    • 預約時段請準時上機，遲到超過 30 分鐘或未到者視同放棄。
      Arrive on time for booked slots; no-shows or >30 min late will forfeit the session.

    • 預約後如不使用，請於使用前一天取消；若兩次未取消，停權一個月。
      Cancel at least 1 day in advance; two no-shows will suspend booking privileges for 1 month.

    • 使用中如發現異常立即停止並聯絡技術員，因操作不當造成損壞，維修費用由使用者及所屬實驗室負責。
      Stop immediately and contact a technician if issues arise; repair costs due to misuse are the responsibility of the user and their lab.
