    • 分析速度快：單樣品 1–2 分鐘，16 樣品 < 20 分鐘。 / Fast analysis: 1–2 min per sample; <20 min for 16 samples.
    • 樣品量低：1–2 μL 即可。 / Low sample volume: 1–2 μL per sample.
    • DNA/RNA 品質檢測：評估完整度及提供客觀品質指標 (DIN / RINe)。 / DNA/RNA QC: assess integrity and provide objective quality metrics (DIN / RINe).

申請流程 & 注意事項 / Application & Notes

  1. 使用前需完成儀器操作訓練，並與管理人員預約第一次操作，由管理人員確認操作無誤後方可自行使用。 / Complete instrument training before first use and schedule the first session with a technician; self-operation allowed only after technician confirms correct operation.
  2. 儀器採網路預約方式，依樣品數量預約使用時數。 / Reserve the instrument online according to the number of samples.
  3. 未使用預約時段仍需付費；超過預約時間 15 分鐘未上機，時段可轉給其他使用者。 / No-show reservations are still charged; slots >15 min late may be reassigned.
  4. 使用儀器時遵守標準作業流程，禁止戴手套操作儀器。 / Follow SOP during operation; do not wear gloves while handling the instrument.
  5. 本組僅提供 D1000、HS D1000 及 RNA 分析晶片零售，其他晶片需自備。 / Only D1000, HS D1000, and RNA ScreenTape are sold by the lab; other types must be provided by the user.
  6. 儀器須使用原廠規定的八連排 PCR 反應管及微量吸管尖，可自備或向本組購買，使用後請自行帶回保管。 / Use only manufacturer-specified 8-strip PCR tubes and pipette tips; may be purchased from the lab or provided by the user; take personal consumables after use.
  7. 儀器故障請立即通知管理人員，勿自行拆裝或調整參數。 / Report any instrument malfunction immediately; do not disassemble or adjust parameters.校正 / Calibration

  8. 操作不當造成儀器損壞，維修費由使用者實驗室負擔。 / Damage caused by improper operation is charged to the user’s lab.
