The Luminex 200 Instrument System sets the standard for multiplexing,
providing the ability to perform up to 100 different tests in a single reaction volume on a flow cytometry-based platform.
The Luminex 200 system is compatible with ProcartaPlex multiplex immunoassays and QuantiGene Plex multiplex gene expression assays.

Luminex xMAP technology
The open architecture of Luminex xMAP technology uses imaging, microspheres, digital signal processing,
and traditional chemistry—combining proven technologies in a unique way.
Advantages of Luminex xMAP technology include:

How Luminex xMAP technology works
Sets of magnetic microspheres are color-coded with combinations of red and infrared fluorophores. Each bead set is coated with a reagent specific to a particular bioassay, allowing the capture and detection of several specific analytes from a single sample. Optics in the compact analyzer excite the internal dyes that identify each microsphere as well as any reporter dye captured, providing quantitation of individual analytes on each microsphere. The analyzer reads many beads from each set, enabling rapid and precise results for several targets within a single sample.
Multiskan SkyHigh Microplate Spectrophotometer is a UV/Vis microplate reader designed to be convenient
and easy to use for any photometric absorbtion or turbidimetric research applications and especially DNA, RNA and protein analysis.
This microplate reader is ideal for multi-user environments where a variety of endpoint, kinetic and spectral assays are performed.
Multiskan SkyHigh is available in different configurations. Touchscreen models offer the flexibility to use the system as stand-alone,
or together with Thermo Scientific™ SkanIt Software for PC control. A model with a cuvette reading option is also available.
For convenient data handling, Multiskan SkyHigh has an option to access to Thermo Fisher Connect and Microsoft OneDrive cloud-based tools.

可利用兩種不同濃度染劑組合出100種顏色微珠,先透過分類雷射(波長635nm)激發微珠,再以兩組濾鏡判讀發散光中兩種顏色強度,辨識微珠色碼編號。接著透過報導雷射(波長532nm)激發微珠上抗體的PE螢光蛋白,再利用PMT收光後,得到螢光強度來判斷反應物的量。針對多目標生物分子進行快速的定量或定性分析:
l 可分析單一樣本中至少100種或以上不同目標物,
l 目標物可為核酸、抗體、Phosphoprotein或Cytokine。
l 核酸試驗、接受體與結合體試驗、免疫試驗和酵素試驗。
分光光度計 (Multiskan SkyHigh):
採用單光管(Monochromator)技術,測量波長範圍涵蓋200 ~ 1000 nm,具備溫控功能,溫度控制範圍 : ambient + 2~ 45℃。可使用6至48、96與384孔盤進行實驗。偵測模式:終產物分析(Endpoint assay)、動力學分析(Kinetic assay)、光譜掃描分析(Spectrum assay)、核酸/蛋白質定量分析。
微盤清洗儀 (HydroFlex Platform)
可進行一般酵素免疫相關實驗。配備 8爪沖洗頭,支援多種類96微孔盤清洗(平底、圓形底、V形底)。具備磁珠清洗功能:含特殊磁座之盤架,並具有2種洗液管道,可同時使用不同清洗溶液。清洗模式內建有交叉吸液、表層吸液及微盤底部進行多點吸取,確保最佳清洗效能。
