  • 日本 Hitachi HT7700 穿透式電子顯微鏡 (HC-TEM) 為高效能的生物與材料科學影像分析儀器，具備高解析度與穩定影像品質。該系統採用 120 kV 加速電壓，可提供 200 倍至 600,000 倍 的放大倍率，支援 HC 模式 (High Contrast) 與 HR 模式 (High Resolution) 兩種觀察模式，能兼顧生物樣品對比度與材料結構細節之需求。
    本系統採用數位影像擷取技術，以 CCD 進行即時觀察與影像拍攝，無須傳統底片沖洗程序，大幅提升影像處理效率與品質穩定性。

    The Hitachi HT7700 Transmission Electron Microscope (HC-TEM) is a high-performance imaging instrument designed for biological and materials science research. Operating at an acceleration voltage of 120 kV, it offers magnifications ranging from 200× to 600,000×, supporting both High Contrast (HC) and High Resolution (HR) modes. These dual modes allow for enhanced contrast in biological samples and detailed visualization of fine material structures. Equipped with a digital CCD imaging system, the HT7700 enables real-time observation and image acquisition without the need for film development, ensuring efficient and reliable image capture.

  • 本室旨在提供高品質的電子顯微與分子層級影像分析服務，協助研究人員進行細胞結構觀察、材料微觀分析及生物醫學研究。透過專業技術支援與教育訓練，促進研究成果之產出與跨領域合作。/ This facility aims to provide high-quality imaging and molecular-level analytical services, assisting researchers in cellular structural observation, microstructural material analysis, and biomedical research. Professional technical support and training are also available to enhance research outcomes and interdisciplinary collaboration.

申請流程 & 注意事項 / Application & Notes

  • 委託人請至臨床醫學研究部網站下載以下文件 / Applicants should visit the Department of Medical Research websiteto download the following documents:
    A. 電子顯微鏡相關研究委託申請表 / Application Form for Electron Microscopy Research Services
    B. 電子顯微鏡委託注意事項 / Guidelines for Electron Microscopy Service
    C. 委託醫研部研究繳費單 / Payment Form for Commissioned Research Services (Department of Medical Research)

  • 填妥申請表與繳費單後，請至超微細構造研究室預約使用時間並繳交申請表。 / After completing the application form and payment form, submit them to the Ultrastructural Research Laboratory and schedule your service time.

  • 委託者於預約時間，請攜帶繳費單據，管理者將依規定檢視後方可進行實驗。 / At the reserved time, the applicant must present the payment receipt. The laboratory staff will verify the document before starting the experiment.

  • 首次使用儀器或委託檢體製備者，須事先與負責人溝通相關注意事項。 / First-time users or those submitting specimens for sample preparation must consult the responsible staff in advance regarding safety and sample requirements.

  • 完整之組織處理流程約需一個月，若檢體超過12件，完成時間將依比例延長。 / The full tissue processing procedure requires approximately one month. If more than 12 samples are submitted at once, processing time will be adjusted accordingly.

注意事項 / Notes

  • 自行繳費：Direct Payment: 由醫研部開立「委託醫研部研究繳費單」後，委託者須攜單至啟川大樓六樓出納組繳費。 / After the Department of Medical Research issues the payment form, the applicant should make the payment at the Cashier Office (6th Floor, Chi-Chuan Building).
  • 院內外研究計畫轉帳：Internal/External Project Transfer: 由醫研部開立「委託醫研部研究繳費單」（收款代號：1171），並由財務室進行轉帳作業。 / The Department of Medical Research will issue the payment form (collection code: 1171), and the Finance Office will process the inter-account transfer.
  • 為確保您的實驗成功，請務必遵守規範並提前規劃！ / To ensure the success of your experiment, please strictly follow the regulations and plan ahead!
  •  若有疑問，歡迎隨時與管理單位聯繫。 / If you have any questions, feel free to contact the laboratory management at any time.
  • 一經收費後即無法退費，請謹慎評估時間，避免遲到。 / All fees are non-refundable. Please plan your time carefully to avoid delays.
