    The Hitachi SU801 Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) from Japan provides high-resolution imaging of surface microstructures and is suitable for research in biology, materials science, and chemistry. The system features multiple detectors and imaging options to reveal surface morphology and composition.

  • 本室旨在提供高品質的電子顯微與分子層級影像分析服務，協助研究人員進行細胞結構觀察、材料微觀分析及生物醫學研究。透過專業技術支援與教育訓練，促進研究成果之產出與跨領域合作。/ This facility aims to provide high-quality imaging and molecular-level analytical services, assisting researchers in cellular structural observation, microstructural material analysis, and biomedical research. Professional technical support and training are also available to enhance research outcomes and interdisciplinary collaboration.

  • 表面形貌觀察 | Surface Morphology Observation

    • 適用於細胞、組織、微生物、材料表面形態觀察。 / Suitable for examining the surface morphology of cells, tissues, microorganisms, and various materials.

  • 材料微結構分析 | Material Microstructure Analysis

    • 可用於高分子、有機材料、金屬、複合材料等微細結構研究。 / Enables microstructural analysis of polymers, organic materials, metals, and composites.

  • 元素分析 | Elemental Analysis

    • 搭配能量散射X光分析（EDS），可同時獲取元素組成資訊。 / Equipped with Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS) for elemental composition analysis.

  • 高分辨率影像擷取 | High-Resolution Imaging

    • 具電子束聚焦與CCD影像系統，可捕捉清晰表面結構圖像。 / Features electron beam focusing and CCD imaging for clear high-resolution surface images.

  • 委託人請至臨床醫學研究部網站下載以下文件 / Applicants should visit the Department of Medical Research websiteto download the following documents:
    A. 電子顯微鏡相關研究委託申請表 / Application Form for Electron Microscopy Research Services
    B. 電子顯微鏡委託注意事項 / Guidelines for Electron Microscopy Service
    C. 委託醫研部研究繳費單 / Payment Form for Commissioned Research Services (Department of Medical Research)

  • 填妥申請表與繳費單後，請至超微細構造研究室預約使用時間並繳交申請表。 / After completing the application form and payment form, submit them to the Ultrastructural Research Laboratory and schedule your service time.

  • 委託者於預約時間，請攜帶繳費單據，管理者將依規定檢視後方可進行實驗。 / At the reserved time, the applicant must present the payment receipt. The laboratory staff will verify the document before starting the experiment.

  • 首次使用儀器或委託檢體製備者，須事先與負責人溝通相關注意事項。 / First-time users or those submitting specimens for sample preparation must consult the responsible staff in advance regarding safety and sample requirements.

  • 完整之組織處理流程約需一個月，若檢體超過12件，完成時間將依比例延長。 / The full tissue processing procedure requires approximately one month. If more than 12 samples are submitted at once, processing time will be adjusted accordingly.

注意事項 / Notes

  • 自行繳費：Direct Payment: 由醫研部開立「委託醫研部研究繳費單」後，委託者須攜單至啟川大樓六樓出納組繳費。 / After the Department of Medical Research issues the payment form, the applicant should make the payment at the Cashier Office (6th Floor, Chi-Chuan Building).
  • 院內外研究計畫轉帳：Internal/External Project Transfer: 由醫研部開立「委託醫研部研究繳費單」（收款代號：1171），並由財務室進行轉帳作業。 / The Department of Medical Research will issue the payment form (collection code: 1171), and the Finance Office will process the inter-account transfer.
  • 為確保您的實驗成功，請務必遵守規範並提前規劃！ / To ensure the success of your experiment, please strictly follow the regulations and plan ahead!
  •  若有疑問，歡迎隨時與管理單位聯繫。 / If you have any questions, feel free to contact the laboratory management at any time.
  • 一經收費後即無法退費，請謹慎評估時間，避免遲到。 / All fees are non-refundable. Please plan your time carefully to avoid delays.
