儀器簡介 / Instrument Introduction

  • FC500 流式細胞儀具備多色螢光偵測能力，能進行細胞表面與胞內抗原分析、細胞週期與細胞凋亡檢測等多項應用。系統可同時分析多族群細胞特性，具備高靈敏度與穩定性，支援自動補償設定、多重閘門分析與快速資料擷取。搭配專用軟體可執行統計分析、族群分群與報表輸出，適用於免疫分型、細胞功能研究及臨床檢測分析。

    The Beckman FC500 Flow Cytometer is a multi-color fluorescence detection system designed for cell surface and intracellular antigen analysis, as well as cell cycle and apoptosis assays. It provides high-sensitivity, multi-population cell analysis with excellent reproducibility. The system supports automatic compensation, multi-gating, and rapid data acquisition. With its analytical software, users can perform statistical analysis, population clustering, and report generation. It is ideal for immunophenotyping, cell function studies, and clinical research applications

應用功能 | Applications

  • FC500 流式細胞儀具備高靈敏度的多色螢光分析能力，能同時偵測細胞多種生物特性，廣泛應用於免疫學、細胞生物學及臨床研究領域。其主要應用包括：/The FC500 Flow Cytometer provides high-sensitivity, multi-color fluorescence analysis, enabling simultaneous measurement of multiple cellular parameters. It is widely used in immunology, cell biology, and clinical research. Major applications include:

    • 免疫分型分析 (Immunophenotyping)： 偵測不同細胞族群的表面與胞內標誌，用於免疫細胞分類與疾病相關研究。/ Immunophenotyping: Detection of surface and intracellular markers for immune cell classification and disease-related studies.

    • 細胞週期分析 (Cell Cycle Analysis)： 定量測定細胞DNA含量，評估細胞增殖與週期分佈。 / Cell Cycle Analysis: Quantitative measurement of DNA content to assess cell proliferation and phase distribution.

    • 細胞凋亡分析 (Apoptosis Detection)： 透過螢光染劑或標記抗體偵測細胞凋亡與死亡率。 / Apoptosis Detection: Identification of apoptotic cells using fluorescent dyes or antibody-based markers.

    • 細胞功能研究 (Functional Studies)： 包括細胞活性、反應性氧族(ROS)產生、鈣離子流變化等功能性實驗。 / Functional Cell Studies: Investigation of cellular activities such as viability, reactive oxygen species (ROS) production, and calcium flux.

    • 臨床與轉譯研究應用 (Clinical & Translational Research)： 協助腫瘤免疫微環境分析、藥物反應評估及臨床樣本檢測。 / Clinical and Translational Research: Analysis of tumor immune microenvironments, drug response evaluation, and clinical sample testing.

申請流程 & 注意事項 / Application & Notes

  • 確認與開單 / Confirmation & Payment Notice

    • 確認申請內容無誤後，依收費標準開立「醫研部委託研究繳費單」，申請者可選擇自行繳費或院內計畫轉帳。 / After verifying the form, a payment slip will be issued according to the fee schedule. Applicants may pay directly or through internal project transfer.

  • 繳費方式 / Payment Methods

    • 自行繳費者： 請至高醫附設醫院啟川大樓 6 樓出納組櫃檯繳費。/Direct payment: Pay at the Cashier Office, 6F, Chi-Chuan Building, KMUH.

    • 院內轉帳者： 請至高醫附設醫院啟川大樓 6 樓財務室辦理。/Internal transfer: Complete payment at the Finance Office, 6F, Chi-Chuan Building, KMUH.

  • 提交文件 / Submit Proof of Payment

    • 繳費後，請將「醫研部委託研究繳費單存根聯（白單）」與收據影本交回本單位，或以電子郵件寄至 📧 114038@kmuh.org.tw或 tag3121101@gmail.com；亦可親送至國研大樓 10 樓 10302 室（共同實驗室對面辦公室）交給承辦人員。/ After payment, please return the white copy of the payment slip and a copy of the receipt to the facility, or email them to 📧 114038@kmuh.org.tw or tag3121101@gmail.com. Documents may also be delivered in person to Room 10302, 10F, National Research Building (opposite the Core Laboratory office).

    • 可先來電確認使用及預約相關事宜。 /  Users are encouraged to contact the facility in advance to confirm reservation and usage details.

注意事項 / Notes

  • 於實驗室操作貴重儀器需先受講習與認證 / Operation of any valuable instruments requires prior training and certification.

  • 需登記使用紀錄的儀器設備請確實登記 / Instruments requiring usage registration must be properly recorded.

  • 使用完畢請隨手關閉電源 / Always turn off equipment after use.

  • 廢棄物請依性質分類、減量與處理 / Waste must be sorted, minimized, and properly disposed.

  • 最後一位使用者離開時務必關閉所有燈源 / The last user leaving must turn off all lights.

  • 實驗室內禁止喧鬧、佔用或翻動他人物品 / No loud noise, occupying space, or moving others’ items without permission.

  • 公共空間或設備上的物品需標示使用者、單位及聯絡方式 / Items in public spaces or equipment must be labeled with user, unit, and contact information.

  • 使用後務必維護空間與設備清潔並復原原狀 / Maintain cleanliness and return space/equipment to original condition after use.

  • 有毒物質必須在 fume hood 中操作 / Toxic substances must be handled inside a fume hood.

  • 進入實驗室前需了解可能危險與安全防護措施 / Understand potential hazards and required safety measures before any lab activity.

  • 所有化學品應清楚標示 / All chemicals must be clearly labeled.

  • 熟悉緊急應變步驟及設備位置（如滅火器、逃生呼吸器等） / Be familiar with emergency procedures and locations of emergency equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, escape respirators).

  • 暫存資料於儀器附屬電腦需放 D 槽指定資料夾，並盡可能當天以 CD 燒錄帶走 / Temporary data on instrument computers should be saved in D drive teacher folders and, if possible, burned to CD the same day.

  • 遇問題或異常情況請告知管理員或負責老師 / Report any issues or abnormal situations to the lab manager or responsible faculty.

使用收費標準 / Fees

  • 若使用者為自行操作（非委託分析），則基礎收費為每小時新台幣 100 元。

    For self-operated experiments (non-service mode), the basic fee is NTD 100 per hour.
