  • Bio-Rad ChemiDoc™ MP 為高階多重螢光冷光影像系統，搭載 12 吋觸控螢幕操作介面，提供直覺且高效的影像擷取流程。系統具備完整光源組合，包括 RGB、far red、near infrared、UV 及可見光與冷光照明，能應用於多重螢光標定、EtBr、SYBR Green、Coomassie Blue、Silver stain 及 ECL 顯影等多樣實驗分析。其高靈敏度與高解析度設計，可清晰呈現高低表現量樣品的訊號，並能分辨相近條帶。搭配專屬影像分析軟體，可針對特定區域單獨設定曝光時間，以最佳化影像品質，廣泛應用於蛋白質與核酸膠體分析、螢光影像觀察及生物分子定量研究。

    The Bio-Rad ChemiDoc™ MP Imaging System is a high-performance, multi-application fluorescence and chemiluminescence imaging platform equipped with a 12-inch touchscreen for intuitive operation. It supports a comprehensive range of light sources, including RGB, far-red, near-infrared, UV, visible, and chemiluminescent illumination. This system accommodates multiple experimental applications such as multiplex fluorescence detection, EtBr, SYBR Green, Coomassie Blue, Silver stain, and ECL imaging. With enhanced sensitivity, resolution, and image clarity, the ChemiDoc™ MP can accurately distinguish closely spaced bands and capture both high- and low-expression signals. The accompanying software allows for region-specific exposure adjustments, ensuring optimal image quality. It is widely used for protein and nucleic acid gel documentation, fluorescence imaging, and quantitative biomolecular analysis.

應用功能 / Applications

  • ChemiDoc™ MP 系統可同時進行化學發光與多重螢光影像擷取，具備高靈敏度與廣泛波長偵測能力，適用於各式蛋白質與核酸分析。主要應用包含：/ The ChemiDoc™ MP System enables high-sensitivity chemiluminescence and multiplex fluorescence imaging across a wide spectral range. It is ideal for quantitative and qualitative biomolecular analyses, including:

    • 蛋白質定量與膠體分析（如 Western blot 顯影、Coomassie Blue 或 Silver stain 染色觀察）/ Protein quantification and gel analysis (e.g., Western blot detection, Coomassie Blue or Silver stain visualization)

    • 核酸凝膠成像（EtBr 或 SYBR Green 標定）/ Nucleic acid gel imaging (EtBr or SYBR Green staining)

    • 多重螢光影像分析（RGB、far-red、NIR 通道）/ Multiplex fluorescence imaging (RGB, far-red, and NIR channels)

    • ECL 化學發光偵測 / ECL chemiluminescent detection

    • 多樣本比較與半定量分析 / Comparative and semi-quantitative analysis across multiple samples

申請流程 & 注意事項 / Application & Notes

  • 於實驗室操作貴重儀器需先受講習與認證 / Operation of any valuable instruments requires prior training and certification.

  • 需登記使用紀錄的儀器設備請確實登記 / Instruments requiring usage registration must be properly recorded.

  • 使用完畢請隨手關閉電源 / Always turn off equipment after use.

  • 廢棄物請依性質分類、減量與處理 / Waste must be sorted, minimized, and properly disposed.

  • 最後一位使用者離開時務必關閉所有燈源 / The last user leaving must turn off all lights.

  • 實驗室內禁止喧鬧、佔用或翻動他人物品 / No loud noise, occupying space, or moving others’ items without permission.

  • 公共空間或設備上的物品需標示使用者、單位及聯絡方式 / Items in public spaces or equipment must be labeled with user, unit, and contact information.

  • 使用後務必維護空間與設備清潔並復原原狀 / Maintain cleanliness and return space/equipment to original condition after use.

  • 有毒物質必須在 fume hood 中操作 / Toxic substances must be handled inside a fume hood.

  • 進入實驗室前需了解可能危險與安全防護措施 / Understand potential hazards and required safety measures before any lab activity.

  • 所有化學品應清楚標示 / All chemicals must be clearly labeled.

  • 熟悉緊急應變步驟及設備位置（如滅火器、逃生呼吸器等） / Be familiar with emergency procedures and locations of emergency equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, escape respirators).

  • 暫存資料於儀器附屬電腦需放 D 槽指定資料夾，並盡可能當天以 CD 燒錄帶走 / Temporary data on instrument computers should be saved in D drive teacher folders and, if possible, burned to CD the same day.

  • 遇問題或異常情況請告知管理員或負責老師 / Report any issues or abnormal situations to the lab manager or responsible faculty.

注意事項 / Notes

  • 感染性液體廢棄物：高壓滅菌或 5–10% 漂白水滅菌。/ Infectious liquid waste: Sterilize by autoclaving or with 5–10% bleach.

  • 非感染性液體廢棄物：依一般廢液處理。/ Non-infectious liquid waste: Dispose according to standard liquid waste procedures.
    養菌菌液、Agar plate 等物品，請包紮妥當並經滅菌才可丟棄。Culture broths, agar plates, and similar items must be properly packaged and sterilized before disposal.
    EB-stained gel 需經袋子包紮妥當，才可丟入垃圾桶。EB-stained gels must be securely bagged before disposal in the trash.
