  • Bio-Tek FLx800 螢冷光分析儀是一款多功能微孔盤讀取儀，支援 6 孔至 384 孔等多種規格的微孔盤，可進行螢光（Fluorescence）與冷光（Luminescence）兩種模式的偵測分析。其高靈敏度與穩定的光學系統可準確量測微量生物樣品，並支援動力學分析、端點測定及多波長掃描等應用。系統內建自動化控制與資料分析軟體，可快速輸出定量結果。廣泛應用於細胞活性分析、基因報導系統、酵素活性測定、藥物篩選及生物標誌物定量等研究領域，是分子生物與藥理學研究中常用的高效率分析平台。

    The Bio-Tek FLx800 Fluorescence and Luminescence Microplate Reader is a versatile multi-functional detection system compatible with microplates ranging from 6- to 384-well formats. It supports both fluorescence and luminescence detection modes with high sensitivity and precision, enabling accurate quantification of small-volume biological samples. The system allows for endpoint measurements, kinetic assays, and multi-wavelength scanning, with integrated software for automated operation and data analysis. It is widely used for cell viability assays, gene reporter studies, enzyme activity assays, drug screening, and biomarker quantification, making it an essential tool in molecular biology and pharmacological research.

應用功能 / Applications

  • FLx800 可同時執行多樣化生化與細胞層級分析，應用靈活且靈敏度高。 / The FLx800 enables a broad range of biochemical and cellular assays with high sensitivity and flexibility.
    主要應用功能包含： / Key application functions include:

    • 細胞存活率與毒性分析（MTT、XTT、Resazurin 等法）/Cell viability and cytotoxicity assays (MTT, XTT, or Resazurin-based methods)

    • 基因報導系統分析（Luciferase、GFP、β-gal 測試）/ Gene reporter assays (Luciferase, GFP, or β-galactosidase activity)

    • 酵素活性與反應動力學測定 / Enzyme activity measurement and kinetic studies

    • 藥物篩選與劑量反應分析（Dose-Response Analysis）/ Drug screening and dose–response analysis

    • 多波長螢光掃描與冷光定量分析 / Multi-wavelength fluorescence and luminescence quantification

申請流程 & 注意事項 / Application & Notes

  • 於實驗室操作貴重儀器需先受講習與認證 / Operation of any valuable instruments requires prior training and certification.

  • 需登記使用紀錄的儀器設備請確實登記 / Instruments requiring usage registration must be properly recorded.

  • 使用完畢請隨手關閉電源 / Always turn off equipment after use.

  • 廢棄物請依性質分類、減量與處理 / Waste must be sorted, minimized, and properly disposed.

  • 最後一位使用者離開時務必關閉所有燈源 / The last user leaving must turn off all lights.

  • 實驗室內禁止喧鬧、佔用或翻動他人物品 / No loud noise, occupying space, or moving others’ items without permission.

  • 公共空間或設備上的物品需標示使用者、單位及聯絡方式 / Items in public spaces or equipment must be labeled with user, unit, and contact information.

  • 使用後務必維護空間與設備清潔並復原原狀 / Maintain cleanliness and return space/equipment to original condition after use.

  • 有毒物質必須在 fume hood 中操作 / Toxic substances must be handled inside a fume hood.

  • 進入實驗室前需了解可能危險與安全防護措施 / Understand potential hazards and required safety measures before any lab activity.

  • 所有化學品應清楚標示 / All chemicals must be clearly labeled.

  • 熟悉緊急應變步驟及設備位置（如滅火器、逃生呼吸器等） / Be familiar with emergency procedures and locations of emergency equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, escape respirators).

  • 暫存資料於儀器附屬電腦需放 D 槽指定資料夾，並盡可能當天以 CD 燒錄帶走 / Temporary data on instrument computers should be saved in D drive teacher folders and, if possible, burned to CD the same day.

  • 遇問題或異常情況請告知管理員或負責老師 / Report any issues or abnormal situations to the lab manager or responsible faculty.

注意事項 / Notes

  • 感染性液體廢棄物：高壓滅菌或 5–10% 漂白水滅菌。/ Infectious liquid waste: Sterilize by autoclaving or with 5–10% bleach.

  • 非感染性液體廢棄物：依一般廢液處理。/ Non-infectious liquid waste: Dispose according to standard liquid waste procedures.
    養菌菌液、Agar plate 等物品，請包紮妥當並經滅菌才可丟棄。Culture broths, agar plates, and similar items must be properly packaged and sterilized before disposal.
    EB-stained gel 需經袋子包紮妥當，才可丟入垃圾桶。EB-stained gels must be securely bagged before disposal in the trash.
