申請流程 & 注意事項 / Application & Notes

1. 委託上機 / Assisted Operation

   • 欲委託 TissueFAXS 掃片者，請於使用前一週與中心技術員預約（需實驗人員陪同）。
     For slide scanning requests, please make an appointment with the technician one week in advance (experimenter must be present).

   • 欲使用分析軟體（TissueQuest 或 HistoQuest）者，首次需由技術人員教學，之後可與技術人員協調後自行使用。目前不提供委託分析服務。
     For TissueQuest or HistoQuest analysis, first-time users must receive training from the technician. Afterward, users may operate independently upon coordination. No outsourced analysis service available.

2. 自行上機 / Independent Operation

   • 首次使用前，需預約技術人員進行教學與認證，通過後方可自行操作。
     First-time users must schedule training and certification with the technician before independent operation.

   • 掃片後可使用 TissueQuest 或 HistoQuest 分析軟體，需經教學確認操作正確後，方可預約使用。
     After scanning, users may analyze with TissueQuest or HistoQuest upon successful training verification.

   • 認證通過者，請於欲使用時段前一週與技術人員聯繫協調使用時間。
     Certified users must contact the technician at least one week in advance to schedule instrument time.

注意事項 / Notes

• 使用前請詳閱操作手冊(點連結下載)，並依規定預約使用時段。
  Please read the operation manual carefully and reserve the instrument in advance as required.

• 為確保影像品質，請確認樣品片乾淨平整，避免氣泡與螢光衰減。
  Ensure that the sample slides are clean and flat to avoid air bubbles and fluorescence fading for optimal image quality.

• 預約者請準時上機，若遲到超過一小時或未出席，視同放棄使用。
  Users must arrive on time for their reserved session. Being more than one hour late or absent will be considered a forfeiture of use.

• 若預約後不使用，請於使用前一日取消；若兩次未取消，將停權預約一個月。
  If unable to use the reserved session, please cancel at least one day in advance; failure to cancel twice will result in a one-month suspension of booking privileges.
