• Olympus cell^R Xcellence 系統是一套整合型自動化活細胞影像系統，能以高時間與空間解析度記錄細胞動態過程。系統配備高感度 CCD 攝影機與多波段螢光濾鏡組，可同時觀測多種螢光標定樣本。搭載溫控、濕度與 CO₂ 控制的培養艙，適用於長時間活細胞觀察，能即時追蹤細胞內部反應如鈣離子濃度變化、細胞移動或細胞分裂過程，提供穩定且高品質的影像分析平台。

• The Olympus cell^R Xcellence System is an integrated and automated live-cell imaging platform designed for high-resolution, time-lapse fluorescence observation. Equipped with a high-sensitivity CCD camera and multi-band fluorescence filters, it allows simultaneous imaging of multiple fluorophores. The system includes an on-stage incubation chamber with temperature, humidity, and CO₂ control, enabling long-term live-cell imaging. It supports real-time monitoring of intracellular dynamics such as calcium ion fluctuations, cell migration, and mitotic processes, providing a stable and high-performance imaging solution for advanced biological research.

濾鏡規格 / Filter Specifications

• DAPI / FITC / TRITC 三波段濾鏡組。 / Triple-band filter set: DAPI / FITC / TRITC.
