實驗室簡介 | Laboratory Introduction

• 本實驗室隸屬於高雄醫學大學研究資源整合發展中心，設立目的在於提供校內研究人員一個符合生物安全等級規範的研究環境，以進行涉及感染性生物材料的實驗操作。依據研究材料的性質與風險分級，實驗室特別規劃專屬空間，分別處理 野生型病毒（Wild-Type Virus）、野生型細菌（Wild-Type Bacteria） 及 重組病毒（Recombinant Virus） 等不同類型之生物樣本。所有操作均需遵循相關生物安全規範，並由受過專業訓練之人員執行，確保研究活動之安全與實驗品質。

  The Biohazard Material Laboratory of Kaohsiung Medical University Research Resource Development Center provides a biosafety-compliant research environment for investigators working with infectious biological materials.Dedicated laboratory spaces are established for handling different categories of agents — including Wild-Type Virus, Wild-Type Bacteria, and Recombinant Virus — to ensure risk-based segregation and safe operations.All experimental procedures are conducted under strict biosafety guidelines by trained personnel, ensuring both safety and research integrity.

• 高速離心機 (High-speed centrifuge)、恆溫水浴槽 (Temperature-controlled water bath)、倒立顯微鏡 (Inverted microscope)、細胞培養箱 (CO₂ incubator)、Class II A2 或 B2 型生物安全櫃 (Class II A2 or B2 biological safety cabinet)

BSL-2實驗室使用申請審查流程 | Application and Review Process for BSL-2 Laboratory Use

• 申請資格：限本校及附屬醫療體系之研究人員，且需具備基本生物安全知識與相關操作經驗。 / Only researchers from KMU and its affiliated hospitals who possess fundamental biosafety knowledge and relevant laboratory experience are eligible to apply.

• • 實驗用載體（Vector）之詳細 Map 資料 / Detailed vector map used in the experiment.

  • 研究計畫之中英文摘要 / A Chinese and English abstract of the research project.

  • 首次申請者：需提供生物安全相關線上課程修業證明，共計 8 學分，並須包含 至少 1 小時之生物保全課程。課程請於「E 公務園學習平台」修習，詳情請參閱課程操作指引。 / Must provide a certificate of completion for 8 credits of biosafety-related online courses, including at least 1 hour of biosecurity training, from the official E-Learning Platform for Public Servants (E 公務園學習平台).Please refer to the course operation guide for details

  • 再次申請者：曾通過審核者，每年須提供 4 學分 生物安全課程修業證明，且其中須包含 至少 1 小時之生物保全課程，以維持資格。 / Applicants who have previously been approved must submit a 4-credit certificate of biosafety training, including at least 1 hour of biosecurity content, each year to maintain eligibility.

  • 訓練與資格要求：計畫主持人與所有實驗操作人員均須通過相關生物安全實驗課程訓練，並取得合格證書。 / Both the principal investigator and all laboratory operators must complete biosafety training courses and obtain valid certificates.

  • 門禁管理規範：驗操作人員之門禁卡不得轉借他人使用，違者將立即取消門禁權限。 / Access cards are personal and non-transferable. Unauthorized use will result in immediate suspension of access rights.

  • 審查依據：所有申請與管理事項均依「研究資源組_BSL-2實驗室管理使用審查辦法」執行。 / All reviews and management procedures shall follow the “BSL-2 Laboratory Management and Review Guidelines” of the Research Resource Division.

  • 申請表填寫範例：申請人請參考「BSL-2 實驗室申請表填寫範例」以確保內容完整。 / Applicants should refer to the “BSL-2 Application Form Example” to ensure completeness and accuracy.

  • 年度受理時程：每年年底科技部計畫申請期間（12月1日至12月15日）提出之申請案，僅以「急件」方式受理；12月15日後提出之申請，將僅核發「審查中證明」。 / Applications submitted between December 1 and December 15 (MOST project application period) will be processed as urgent cases. Applications submitted after December 15 will only receive a “Under Review” certificate.
