儀器簡介 / Instrument Introduction

  • 高通量螢光顯微影像系統整合拍照系統（ImageXpress）與分析系統（MetaMorph 與 MDCStore）兩大模組，能自動化完成螢光影像擷取、資料儲存與多參數影像分析。系統具備高速雷射自動對焦功能、多組物鏡與五波段螢光濾片，可同時觀測多重標記樣品。此外，內建小型細胞培養箱可進行長時間活細胞影像記錄。分析端採用 MetaMorph 與 MDCStore 軟體，提供高內涵應用模組與形態學量測功能，能針對不同實驗需求快速進行影像分析與資料量化。

  • The ImageXpress® Micro Widefield High Content Screening System integrates imaging (ImageXpress) and analysis (MetaMorph and MDCStore) modules into one comprehensive platform. It automates fluorescence image acquisition, data storage, and multiparametric analysis. Equipped with a high-speed laser autofocus system, multiple objectives, and five fluorescence channels, it enables simultaneous detection of multiple fluorophores. A built-in live-cell incubation chamber supports long-term imaging. The analysis software, MetaMorph and MDCStore, includes powerful application modules for high-content image analysis, morphological measurements, and object tracking to accelerate data interpretation and discovery workflows.

申請流程 & 注意事項 / Application & Notes

  • 儀器預約 | Reservation：本儀器採線上預約登記制，每時段為 1 小時，請至少提前一週於本中心網站完成預約。 / The instrument requires online reservation, with 1-hour time slots. Please book at least one week in advance via the center’s website.

  • 預約開放期限 | Reservation Window：可預約時間為當月及下個月，並以實驗室負責人為單位。 / Reservations are open for the current and following month, managed by the principal investigator of each lab.

  • 準時使用及取消規定 | Punctuality and Cancellation：預約者請準時上機，若無故未到或遲到達 1 小時，視同放棄，使用費不退。若需取消預約，請於使用前 1 天取消，否則使用費不退；若兩次未取消，將暫停該使用者一個月的預約權。  / Users must arrive on time. Late arrival over 1 hour or no-show is considered forfeited, and fees are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 1 day prior; failure to do so twice will suspend the user’s reservation privileges for one month.

  • 資料繳交 | Submission of Materials：上機前 2 天，請將申請繳費單及孔盤 datasheet（孔盤至少需標示三個角）交至國研 8F 中心技術人員辦公室。 / Two days before usage, submit the payment slip and plate datasheet (with at least three marked corners) to the 8th-floor technical staff office.

  • 使用限制 | Usage Restrictions：一般或初步觀察不可於本儀器進行，以免浪費時間佔用儀器。 / General or preliminary observations are not allowed on this instrument to avoid occupying the instrument unnecessarily.

  • 開放時間 | Available Time Slots

    • 小於 8 小時：星期一至五 08:00–17:30 / *< 8 hours: Monday–Friday 08:00–17:30

    • 8–48 小時：星期一至三 16:00 之後 / 8–48 hours: Monday–Wednesday after 16:00

    • 大於 48 小時：星期五下午 / 48 hours: Friday afternoon only*

  • 自行上機資格 | Self-operation Eligibility：自行上機者須通過中心認證方可操作。 / Users must be certified by the center to operate the instrument independently.

  • 一般等待時間 | Standard Waiting Time：預約一般建議提前 1–2 週。 / Reservations are generally recommended 1–2 weeks in advance.

  • 離線分析系統 | Offline Analysis System：離線分析系統需額外網路預約，詳細規定請參閱離線系統預約規則。 / Offline analysis system requires a separate online reservation; please refer to the offline system reservation guidelines.
