申請流程 & 注意事項 / Application & Notes

  1. 預約前請先確認時段是否已被預約，勿重複預約同時段
    Check the time slot before reserving; do not double-book the same slot

  2. 每個時段僅允許一位使用者登入，請於預約時間內登入並勿超時，以免影響下一位使用者
    Only one user per time slot; log in on time and do not exceed the reserved duration to avoid affecting the next user

  3. 使用前二日請填寫預約表單以利密碼寄送；若當天欲預約，請來電洽詢 #2370-25
    Fill the reservation form 2 days in advance for password delivery; for same-day reservations, contact #2370-25

  4. 週六、日預約將於週一安排使用；非上班日無法寄送密碼，請勿預約當日使用
    Weekend reservations will be scheduled on Monday; no password sent on non-working days, do not reserve for same-day use

  5. 預約期限為1週內，如超過一週則不予預約
    Reservations can be made up to 1 week in advance; slots beyond 1 week are not allowed
