儀器簡介 / Instrument Introduction

• 本流式細胞儀具備多雷射與多色分析能力，可同時偵測細胞內外多種生物分子，進行細胞分類、功能及訊息傳遞分析。系統支援多達13色螢光通道，搭配自動補償與定量分析功能，能高效率地進行細胞週期、免疫表型、細胞激素及螢光蛋白等多參數分析，廣泛應用於免疫學、癌症研究及藥物開發領域。

  The flow cytometer is a high-performance system equipped with multi-laser and multi-color detection capabilities. It enables simultaneous measurement of various intracellular and surface molecules for detailed analysis of cell classification, signaling, and function. With up to 13-color fluorescence detection, automatic compensation, and quantitative analysis features, it supports applications such as cell cycle, immune profiling, cytokine detection, and fluorescent protein analysis—widely used in immunology, cancer research, and drug development.

• 訊息分子分析 Signaling Molecule Analysis
  可利用螢光標定之單株抗體分析細胞內訊息傳遞，可同時偵測多達12種訊息分子。 / Fluorescently labeled monoclonal antibodies can be used to analyze intracellular signaling pathways, allowing simultaneous detection of up to 12 signaling molecules.

• 活細胞週期分析 Live Cell Cycle Analysis
  利用特定螢光染劑於488nm或405nm激發下，可分析活細胞週期。 / Specific fluorescent dyes excited at 488 nm or 405 nm enable cell cycle analysis in live cells.

• 比例式分析 Ratiometric Analysis
  本儀器可直接分析鈣離子反應（Fluo-3/4）、pH值或每單位細胞體積之RNA含量。 / Performs direct measurements of calcium response (Fluo-3/4), intracellular pH, or RNA content per unit cell volume.

• 多參數免疫細胞功能分析 Multi-parameter Immune Cell Function Analysis
  結合細胞表面抗原、細胞功能與細胞內細胞激素染色，分析特定免疫細胞群功能。 / Combines surface antigen staining, functional assays, and intracellular cytokine detection to study specific immune cell functions.

• 螢光蛋白分析 Fluorescent Protein Analysis
  可激發633nm之HcRed與405nm之Cyan FP等特殊螢光蛋白。 / Capable of exciting special fluorescent proteins such as HcRed (633 nm) and Cyan FP (405 nm).

• 量子點應用 Quantum Dot Applications
  可進行量子點螢光分析；量子點具高亮度、寬激發光譜與窄放射光譜，可實現多色染色分析。 / Supports quantum dot–based fluorescence; quantum dots offer broad excitation, narrow emission, and high brightness for multiplex labeling applications.
