儀器概述 / Instrument Overview

  • 海馬生物能量偵測儀 Seahorse XF Flex Analyzer 是一套用於即時測量細胞與組織能量代謝的分析平台，能無標記地評估細胞在活體狀態下的線粒體氧消耗率 (OCR) 與糖解作用酸性化率 (ECAR)。透過精準偵測細胞瞬時代謝變化，該設備可揭示細胞能量代謝動態，是代謝生物學、癌症研究、藥物開發與免疫代謝研究的重要工具。
    The Seahorse XF Flex Analyzer is an analytical platform designed for real-time measurement of cellular and tissue energy metabolism. It quantitatively assesses mitochondrial oxygen consumption rate (OCR) and glycolytic extracellular acidification rate (ECAR) in live cells without labels. By capturing dynamic metabolic changes, this system serves as a key instrument for studies in metabolic biology, cancer metabolism, drug development, and immunometabolism.

申請流程 & 注意事項 / Application & Notes

  • 一、使用資格與認證User Eligibility and Certification

    1. 使用者須先完成儀器操作訓練課程。

    Users must first complete the instrument operation training course.

    2. 完成訓練後，須與技術人員預約首次上機考核。首次使用由技術人員全程陪同，確認操作步驟無誤並取得認證後，始得自行預約使用。

    After completing the training, users must schedule their first operation assessment with technical staff. During the first use, technical staff will accompany the user throughout the entire session. Only after the operating procedures have been confirmed to be correct and certification has been granted may the user independently make reservations..

  • 二、預約與門禁管理Reservation and Access Control

    1. 本儀器採網路預約制，單次預約時數不得少於 4 小時，全日（24小時）開放使用。

    This instrument is available by online reservation only. Each reservation must be for no less than 4 hours. The instrument is available for use 24 hours a day.

    2. 若於非上班時間或例假日借用，須事先通知管理人員協助開通門禁權限。

    If the instrument is to be used outside office hours or on weekends/holidays, users must notify the administrator in advance so that access permissions can be activated.

    3. 如欲取消預約，須於使用前 24 小時通知管理人員協助辦理。

    To cancel a reservation, users must notify the administrator at least 24 hours before the scheduled time of use..

  • 三、操作規範與故障排除Operating Rules and Troubleshooting

    1. 為維護儀器清潔與靈敏度，嚴禁配戴手套操作電腦（含鍵盤、滑鼠）。

    To maintain the cleanliness and sensitivity of the instrument, wearing gloves while operating the computer, including the keyboard and mouse, is strictly prohibited.

    2. 遇儀器故障或操作異常時，應立即通知管理人員處理；切勿自行拆卸或嘗試排除故障，以免造成二次損壞。

    In the event of instrument malfunction or abnormal operation, users must immediately notify the administrator for assistance. Do not disassemble the instrument or attempt to fix the problem yourself, so as to avoid causing further damage.

  • 四、資料存取Data Storage and Access

    1. 資料備份：儀器電腦硬碟空間有限，管理人員將不定期清理檔案以維持系統運作。本單位不負資料保管責任，請使用者自行備份實驗數據。

    Data Backup: The hard drive space on the instrument computer is limited. To maintain system operation, the administrator will periodically delete files. Our unit is not responsible for data storage; users are required to back up their own experimental data.

    2. 存取介面：為防範電腦病毒感染，嚴禁使用隨身碟 (USB) 存取資料，請自備光碟片燒錄。

    Data Transfer Interface: To prevent computer virus infection, the use of USB flash drives for data access is strictly prohibited. Please prepare your own recordable discs for data transfer.

  • 五、罰則與賠償Penalties and Compensation

    1. 逾時規範：預約時段逾時 1 小時未到場者，視同放棄該時段使用權。

    Late Arrival Policy: Users who fail to arrive within 1 hour after the start of their reserved time slot will be deemed to have forfeited their right to use that reserved period.

    2. 停權處分：如無故未到、未依規取消，累計達三次者，將停止其儀器使用權。

    Suspension of Privileges: Users who fail to show up without valid reason or do not cancel in accordance with the rules will have their instrument usage privileges suspended after three such violations.

    3. 損害賠償：若因人為操作不當導致儀器損壞，維修費用概由使用者所屬實驗室負擔。

    Compensation for Damage: If the instrument is damaged due to improper operation by the user, the repair costs shall be borne in full by the user’s laboratory.
