    雷射二極體 (Laser Diode) 光源，使用壽命長，降低維護頻率。

  • 人類細胞株鑑定 / Human Cell Line Authentication
    STR 分析（Short Tandem Repeat）用於檢測細胞株身份，防止細胞污染。
    STR analysis for verifying human cell lines and preventing cross-contamination.
  • 基因定序 / Sequencing Analysis
    桑格法 (Sanger sequencing) 可進行快速或標準模式的 DNA 定序。
    Sanger sequencing for fast or standard DNA sequencing.
  • 片段分析 / Fragment Analysis
    用於親子鑑定、微生物檢驗、血統分析及 SNP 基因型檢測。
    Used in paternity testing, microbial authentication, lineage analysis, and SNP genotyping.

申請流程 & 注意事項 / Application & Notes

  1. 先完成操作訓練，首次操作需由管理人員確認後才能自行使用。
    Complete training; self-operation allowed only after technician confirms correct use.
  2. 網路預約，依分析模式及樣品數量安排時段。
    Reserve online based on analysis mode and sample number.
  3. 預約未使用仍需付費；超過 15 分鐘未上機，時段可轉給他人。
    No-show reservations are charged; >15 min late slots may be reassigned.
  4. 操作時遵守 SOP，勿戴手套觸控螢幕。
    Follow SOP; do not wear gloves on touchscreen.
  5. 毛細管、緩衝液、polymer、tube 等耗材需自備，使用後自行帶回。
    Provide your own capillaries, buffers, polymer, and tubes; take consumables after use.
  6. Hi-Di Formamide 由本組提供，向管理人員登記索取。
    Hi-Di Formamide provided by lab; request from staff.
  7. 故障請立即通知管理人員，勿自行拆裝或調整。
    Report malfunctions immediately; do not disassemble or adjust.
  8. 操作不當造成損壞，維修費用由使用者實驗室負擔。
    Damage from improper use is charged to user’s lab.

校外使用者 / External Users: 

快速模式計費 200 元/次/小時；標準模式計費 300 元/次/1.5小時
